I’m a Kumamoto oyster. We’re top of the oyster fruity

table and are most people’s favorites. You can almost taste the Honeydew melon!

In our family you’ll also find our very close cousins the Pacific oyster. They are a little more briny but also sweet and fresh as a cucumber.

Also joining the party at The Jolly Oyster are the ‘happy crew’; the Manila clams. They’ve got a buttery sweet taste and are so easy to steam open with a little wine or beer, YUM.
